My Little "Indian"

Today at pre-school, the kids dressed up and sang some Thanksgiving songs for us. Blaine even left school to come watch. Of course, I was in such a hurry to get there that I forgot the camera. Anyway, we made some pictures after we got home. By the way, Abbie did a great job with her songs and motions!!!

Another of my students

I've been tutoring Leah Huff for 2 years...she got me started with all the ones I have now. She is a beautiful girl...but a Miler girl :) She and Jessica that we love so much are 1st cousins. Last night, she came for some help. Downtown Brewton had a Christmas preview last night. Leah's a Miller majorette and they performed. She was so cute...I had to get her and Abbie!

Harrison and Lizzie

Last night while I was tutoring Harrison, Lizzie kept wanting him to hold her. She just sat there in his lap while he worked a couple of algebra problems. It was too cute...I had to get a picture! Lizzie looks like she's helping him with his work.

At the Park

I took Abbie to the park in Roanoke to meet my friend Amanda and her son Nathaniel. He and Abbie about the same age. While we were there, we saw another friend (Jenny Caldwell Adams) and her son Luke. Here are some pics. By the way, Amanda brought her almost 3 week old baby Ben. How sweet!!!

Turning "30" at the Beach!!

These pictures are almost 2 weeks old, but it's been kinda hairy around here lately. These pictures are from the weekend of November 4...my 30th birthday. At least I got to spend it at the beach with my family!!! We had so much fun and the weather was BEAUTIFUL!!!! The girls had a great time and enjoyed the sand and water too! Thank you PaPaw and Nanny!!! We love you!!!

Trick-or-treating at Harrison's the Brooks'

Our first stop was at Harrison's house (one of the guys I tutor...the one the girls love so much!). Anyway, they hit the jackpot!! Mrs. Jo Jo and Mr. Keith were ready for the girls. Mrs. Jo Jo had fixed each of the girls 2 different bags of goodies...from candy to toys to all kids of things. Of course, we had to get pictures made with Harrison!

After Harrison's, we went down to see Jordan and Blake at Mrs. Mildred and Mr. Bobby's house (our neighbors). And more pictures...

Halloween Pictures

Last night, the girls had a great time trick-or-treating! Abbie was none other than Hannah Montana and Lizzie was an adorable little butterfly. They were so cute!

Hodgepodge of Pictures

Here are a few pictures of the girls and of our preacher's kids. His wife made the dresses the girls have on. I monogrammed the "A" on Abbie's dress and the "N" on her shirt. I also did one for Lizzie, but I didn't get a picture of it. They're wearing them tomorrow for Homecoming. I'll get a picture then and post it. By the way, we're trick-or-treating in Brewton tonight so I'll post those pictures tonight or tomorrow.
