Circus Pictures

Here are a few pictures from our trip with Jennifer and Blair to the circus in Birmingham on Saturday. We had a great time!! It was Abbie's first time at the circus, and it was my first time in several years. Notice the hat Abbie has on...pop-star material?

Ice Skating

This past weekend, Abbie and I went to Birmingham via Roanoke (Mom and Dad kept Lizzie for me...Thank you!!!). We spent the night with my friend Jennifer and her daughter Blair. We were going to the circus on Saturday and decided we'd take the girls ice skating too. Blair had been on ice skates once and Abbie never (as you will quickly notice in the video). However, they really did a good job. Blair was much steadier than Abbie, but Abbie finally got it figured out. She and Blair really had a good time, and Jennifer and I enjoyed watching from the side! Make sure to watch the video at the end...I have another that I will upload later...it wouldn't work for some reason.

Lizzie turned 14 months old yesterday!

I can't believe Lizzie is already 14 months old. She is growing so quickly! She's also getting more difficult to photograph...at least for me anyway. Here are a few shots of her today. I couldn't get her to do what I wanted so I'll go with what she gave me. She's really starting to like the tv...especially the Backyardigans. Another cartoon, Little Bill, was on while I was trying to snap the picture...

More Snow Pictures

Here are a few more pictures after the snow got thicker. We had so much fun!!! I also have a couple of videos of Abbie by herself and Abbie with Blaine sledding. What a sight!!!

SNOW!!!!!!!!!

Can you believe it's actually snowing in Alabama!!! It seems like forever since I've even seen a snowflake ,uch less accumulation!! Since we live practically at the beach, we had to head north to see this beautiful sight. We had planned to go to the Auburn/Ole Miss basketball game this afternoon. A kid from Hamilton that played basektball for Blaine is an assistant coach at Ole Miss and we were going to see him. When we got word it might snow, we decided to come on to Mom and Dad's (Roanoke) to spend the night. If you listen to James Spann, he mentioned Roanoke as one of the places to get the most snow. We've been waiting and it has finally paid off!!! We have SNOW!!!! And lots of it! It's is pouring snow!!! Within less than 2 hours, the whole place has become a winter wonderland...literally! It is the most beautiful sight!!! And Abbie is loving it!!!!! And Blaine and I are having a pretty good time too :) We're about to take Abbie out to ride on the sleds Tom, Ben and I rode on as kids. I wish you guys were here with us, but we'll see you all soon! Here are a few pictures so far...I'll post more later.
