Daddy's 3 Turkeys

Blaine killed a turkey this morning and wanted the girls in the picture with him and the turkey. They both cooperated for the most part. I didn't think Abbie would want to but she did. She even wanted to touch it and have a picture taken of just her and the turkey. Lizzie wasn't too sure about it though. She admired from afar! That's my girl!!!

Spring Has Sprung!!!

The azaleas are in full bloom around our house and they are absolutely beautiful!!! Of course in a few days they will die and be so ugly!!! While we have them, we are taking advantage of all the photo opportunities! Abbie has had a blast smelling them (and wants me to take pictures of her smelling the flowers). Lizzie still won't cooperate with the camera. We just do the best we can. Here are various shots of them outside over the past week or so. Also, the pictures of me were taken by Abbie. She's quite the photographer at 4 1/2. And the picture of Lizzie and Blaine in his truck...she didn't ride like that!!! He was pulling the truck under the carport and she sat in there with him...don't worry!!! :)

Easter '08

I know it's been a long time since I've updated the blog...Sorry!!! It's been kinda crazy as I'm sure you can all understand. We've had Easter, Lizzie turned 16 months old, and "Spring Has Sprung" and we have all been sick. We spent Easter in Berry. We had a great time...egg hunting and egg dyeing. Lizzie turned 16 months old on Thursday before Easter. As you can see, she's not as crazy about the camera as she has been in the past. I really don't have a good picture of her, but here are the best ones I could get. There are pics of them on Easter morning with their Easter baskets. Abbie finally got the kind of guitar she's been wanting for the longest. Hope everyone's Easter was wonderful!
